Reiki Healing | Distant Session
Reiki is a holistic healing practice, it allows divine universal energy to flow through every cell of the body, relaxing, aligning, cleansing, creating that sense of calm, that sense of weightlessness, giving the body, mind and soul the energy and support it needs to rebalance in order to inspire self healing.
To truly heal we need to nourish the mind, body and soul and take it out of flight-or-fight response; a state our body’s so naturally go into during stressful situations, daily chaos, grief, work, traumas and life changes.
The distant session takes around 50 minutes from welcoming you, to cleansing, a conversation about your current needs to the actual Reiki session and our sharing of the experience.
Please allow some time after your session to stay in a relaxed state of mind.
Distant Reiki sessions take place online. You can experience them in the comfort of your own home, a hotel room or wherever you wish to receive my Reiki energy. I'll need your address of the place where you want to receive Reiki and a picture of you upfront for our session.

Universal energy is passed through the practitioner's hands to the client. The energy will flow through the client’s body cleansing and removing energetic blockages, paying attention to areas that require balance and inspiration to heal. Universal energy is meant to always find it's way where it is most needed.
In my Reiki sessions I work with:

- Aromatherapy & Essential Oils
- Crystals
- Sound Healing
After an energy healing session you will feel lighter and a sense of calm.
By using Reiki symbols I got attuned to the energy can travel through time & distance.

In-person
Please wear comfortable and light clothes which you feel good in. As an extra preparation you can make sure to have a few minutes to unwind before you go into your session with me.
Distant
Please wear comfortable and light clothes which you feel good in. As an extra preparation you can make sure to have a few minutes to unwind before you go into your session with me.
Prepare your room as a happy place with lighting your favourite candle or diffusing some essential oils, dim the light, turn some relaxing music on and have a big glass of water with you. If you wish you can bring your crystals into the session.
If there are any essential oils, crystals or singing bowls you would want me not to use, please let me know upfront.

After every Reiki session you will feel lighter and balanced. However sometimes we need to free emotions to achieve this balance. I recommend to keep your schedule free after the session to allow yourself to stay in a calm and peaceful state of mind.

1:1 sessions are available in different locations along the Gold Coast. I work with a variety of yoga studios, concept stores and other happy places. Once you booked your session we will find the best place for your treatment. Most Reiki sessions take place at Bend & Strap Pilates Studio in Bundall, but I'm also available in Palm Beach, Mermaid, Miami,...
Online Healing
Online sessions are held via Google Meet. I'll need a picture of you and the address where you'll be receiving Reiki upfront.
After booking your treatment I'll get in touch with you to choose the best time. My schedule is super flexible and I want to make sure for you to have the best experience, hence to work at a time where you can unwind before and after.

With booking a Reiki session you agree to the T's & C's and to the Cancellation Policy.
Life happens, please let me know as soon as possible if you'd like to change the date or time of your Reiki session.
Up to 24 hours prior to your session changes are free of charge.
For rescheduling your session within 24 hours prior to the booked time I charge $15.
For cancelling your session within 24 hours prior to the booked time a fee of 50% will occur.
